Introduction to Fertilization Valve

The fertilization valve has diameters of 32, 40, 50, and 63mm, and forms a pressure differential fertilization system with the fertilization tank.

Advantages of Fertilization Valve

(1) Energy saving, minimal clogging issues, and simple water quality purification treatment. The diameter of the flow channel of the small pipe sprinkler is much larger than that of the flow channel or orifice of the drip irrigation sprinkler, and it adopts high flow output to solve the problem of easy clogging of the drip irrigation system sprinkler. Therefore, it is generally sufficient to install a 60-80 mesh screen filter at the head of the system (the filtering medium of the drip irrigation system filter needs to be 120-200 mesh). If well water with good water quality is used for irrigation or water tanks with good water quality are used for irrigation, filters can also be omitted. Meanwhile, due to the large mesh size and low head loss of the filter, it not only reduces energy consumption but also extends the flushing cycle.

(2) Fertilization is convenient for fruit trees. When fertilizing, the fertilizer solution can be injected into the pipeline and enter the soil of the crop root zone with irrigation water. The fertilizer can also be evenly scattered in the infiltration ditch to dissolve and enter the soil with water. Especially when applying organic fertilizer, various organic fertilizers can be effectively infiltrated into the soil below the infiltration ditch, and matured under suitable water, heat, and air conditions, fully exerting fertilizer efficiency and solving the problem of drip irrigation not being able to apply organic fertilizer.

(3) Water saving small pipe outflow irrigation is a local irrigation technique that only moistens the soil of the active layer of crop roots on both sides of the infiltration ditch. It has a high water utilization rate and is a pipe network for water transmission and distribution, without any leakage loss.

(4) Highly adaptable to various terrains, soils, and fruit trees.

(5) Easy to operate and easy to manage.

Precautions for fertilization valve

1. When using, slowly open the regulating valves on both sides of the fertilization valve.

2. After each fertilizer application, the two regulating valves should be closed and the tank should be washed clean. The fertilizer should not be left in the tank to avoid losses.

3. A mesh filtration device should be installed after the fertilization device to prevent incomplete dissolution of fertilizer from entering the system and causing blockage of the irrigation equipment. If there is a Venturi fertilizer applicator, a filter should be installed in front of it to avoid blockage of the Venturi fertilizer applicator.

After fertilization is completed, the pipeline should continue to be rinsed with clean water to prevent the fertilizer from depositing in the pipeline.
